Audrey Marie Anderson What is She Doing in House?

Thriving in the backdrop of a wing of the United States Army and drifting straight towards a hospital - that is what I call a change to ponder upon!

None other than actress Audrey Marie Anderson can endure that for sure and once again, she has decided to bedazzle her fans.

The breaking news of this hour is that Audrey would soon be seen playing a guest role in the medical comedy drama, ‘House’.

With that, one might surely conclude that Princeton-Plainsboro is going to be a very lucky place indeed.

The batch, which is due to be aired in 2012, is titled, ‘Nobody’s Fault’.

Actor David Anders, who is a familiar face from ‘Heroes’, has also been cast opposite Audrey, and he’ll portray the part of her ailing hubby on the show.

This is not for the first time, when the wondrous duo has come together, because they have ‘Going to California’ to their credit too.

Executive producer of ‘House’, Greg Yaitanes has expressed elation over finally having an opportunity at hand, to work with Audrey.

Well, now even we are quite excited to see Audrey descend in an ambience, where the wacky ways of Dr. House rule the roost.

Do we then have an iota of doubt on our sweetheart?

Absolutely not!

After all, we have posited our confidence in Kim Brown (Audrey Marie Anderson) the one who took a while, in order to get acquainted with the nuances of being a wife of someone belonging to the unit.

Watch The Unit online and catch up with the lady, who thereafter came out with flying colors and even tried her hands at a local radio station.

By the way, you can always take the download path and have a sneak peek into the lives of those, who are committed to the cause of service to the nation, in every possible way.

For now, obviously everyone is waiting for the realms of ‘House’, to be influenced in a positive sort of way, with the arrival of Ms. Anderson.

Regina Taylor Those Lofty Plans for the Crown!

She was the gritty Molly Blane to us, who took a while to decide, before finally choosing to give up, before tedious circumstances.

The Unit download would tell you, how after facing many difficulties, it’s the abduction by the terrorists, that finally forces her to leave Jonas, who didn’t want to part ways with the unit.

Goodman Theaters, on the occasion of its 10th anniversary, has given the green signal to Regina Taylor’s, ‘The Crowns’.

Now that Faye Butler and Felicia Fields have also been included in the project, it seems all the more tempting.

Regina Taylor, the playwright and director, seems to be all the more ecstatic about the opportunity, since it brings forth a chance that shall see the union of several Chicago communities.

Amidst spoken word and musical tunes, it would be a mesmerizing show that shall enthrall one and all.

As you watch out for this offering, you’re counted to look back into the golden memories of this military procedural, which hovered around a unit of the US Army, called the Delta Force.

The way the members on board moved ahead, with one foot on the boat of their mission and another foot in the boat of their personal commitments, they surely were valorous in ways more than one.

If you have been regular viewers of the show, you would totally agree!

Grand Feat For Dennis Haysbert!

As a protagonist of the military procedural drama, The Unit, Haysbert seems to exude a positive energy that doesn’t make any task look challenging!

In case my point sounds aberrant to you, you can very well tune in to The Unit episodes and catch up with the happenings of an undercover team that is supposed to aid people and the State in which they inhabit.

Jonas Blane (Dennis Haysbert) is the man who handles it all – be it rescuing American missionaries in Indonesia or tracking the radioactive element in a Chinese satellite, Jonas and his team knows how to do it.

For all those who happen to be Haysbert fans, the actor was recently conferred upon with the Career Achievement Award at FLIFF.

Definitely, the moment calls for rejoicing as the actor added another feather to his cap.

The ceremony that took place in Bahamas at the Canal Island was attended by artists from the glitzy world and of international repute.

The guests were also treated with a video collage that depicted the trajectory of Haysbert’s career.

Wow! That’s what I call an achievement, which everyone should look up to and draw inspiration from!

The event was first of its kind that graced the Grand Bahamas Film Festival – well, the beginning couldn’t have been better. Hope the forthcoming years would be more vociferous in terms of grandeur and the people it chooses to reward with.

Bahamas Film Commissioner, Craig Woods gave the award to Dennis Haysbert.

Well, we hope this is just another feat with several more to follow suit!

When An Operative Had To Be Rescued From The Bulgarian Prison!

This distinct force belonging to the aegis of the US Army has been entrusted with the onus of ensuring protection for the en masse, by removing all those weeds that can make the vicinity venomous!

If you go for The Unit download, you would be appalled to see the innumerable risk factors involved in the task undertaken by these brave officers.

Their operations were real sensitive ones that were precarious in nature, due to the presence of elements it that can endanger one’s life.

Though I watch out for every single installment of this crime drama, there’s this one belonging to the aegis of the second season that stands out in my memory.

All the members of the team strived to rescue this operative from the captivity of the Bulgarian prison, as they needed him badly to accomplish another goal.

That respective member is needed to vanquish another vicious man, who happens to be the world’s leader in arms dealing.

While the entire team gets down fulfilling these objectives, this intriguing installment was immediately followed by the batch, wherein the members of the unit had to plan the assassination of a militia rebel belonging to Paraguay.

You might have gauged by now that the cases running under the nose of this unit are not a child’s play; rather, they are highly sensitive cases that need to be handled with extreme care and caution.

It’s not about shooting a small-time thief; it’s about killing those, who are nothing less than mobsters. These mobsters thrive on their machinations, and keep an empire to boast of, where wriggling around ain’t that easy.

But that’s what this unit is for, and seldom do they fail to actualize their immediate goals.

Thank god, we have men and women like these, who are ready to risk their own lives for a greater cause.

When The Unit Was Dismantled!

The conventional vanguards of security and justice do feel hapless at times, especially when it’s about giving that protective feeling to the citizens of the state and that too 24*7!

It’s at this juncture, when the under-cover battalions of committed individuals and the force comprising them, come forth to play a very important role.

We have been smitten with the bravery and timely wit of these officers so much, that it is simply difficult to stop us from going for The Unit download and keep a tab on all those exciting batches.

What I’m referring to today, is that instance from the aegis of the third season, when the Unit was dismantled, owing to certain crisis cropping up from nowhere.

Those entire set of successive batches, made for an interesting watch, as I, like several others, used to witness them with anxiousness, taking into its grip, all lengths of my mind.

Colonel Ryan’s wife suddenly harped on to the vicious track of selling the secrets related to this wing of the US military, prompting investigation and the consequential disbandment of the unit.

If you thought that was the end of it, then you are entirely wrong.

The unit and it members know very well how to go about such hiccups and actually figure out a way out of the worst possible.

It was a confrontation between Colonel Ryan, Jonas, Bob and Charles that helped them in clearing the mist and getting to the culprit, who was at the heart of this fray.

Audacity is one virtue that takes an individual a long way, and in case of the unit, their temerity is what acts in their favor, at all times!
Go team!

Regina Taylor: A Leader from The Unit!

A blog might seem too little a space to hold the life and works of an actor and playwright like Regina Taylor.

They say, the world crushes the good ones, rarely respecting their humanity. But Regina has somehow managed to prove that it just requires dedication, with certain goals set clear in one’s mind; goals that cannot wait or be compromised for anything.

This Goodman Theatre artistic associate had always wanted to give it back to the society. And for this precise reason, she has been giving it back with her hands stretched open.

The playwright was honored with the prestigious Deloris Jordan Award for Excellence in Community Leadership on August 5, 2011.

The honor was conferred upon Regina on the opening night of the 17th Annual Black Harvest International Festival of Film and Video, on the Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

An award well deserved, we must say.

The Ovarian Cancer Symptom Awareness Organization had Regina as their national spokesperson, and she is also a part of the executive committee for Pink, the brand new network for Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization.

Regina had cemented her stakes on the television, with the much admired performances in The Unit episodes.

The established actor and playwright, is also the founder and curator of Northwestern University’s interdisciplinary festival, The State of America: the Regina Taylor Project.

She is also the creator and curator of this project that gives students the opportunity to have their own voice to create plays, films, graphic arts, stories and much more that mirrors the contemporary life and times.

Now, isn’t that nice girl! Well, that’s Regina Taylor, ladies and gentlemen. Can I have the customary applause for the lady!

Scott Foley Ventures into Vampire Land!

Cosmopolitan, that’s how I would describe the very persona of Scott Foley, and it wouldn’t be for the reason that he has this frolicking habit as an inherent trait, but it would be more because this flamboyant actor believes in trying a mélange of other roles, evolving as an actor to reckon with!

Watch The Unit online and have a tete-a-tete with Sergeant First Class Bob Brown (Scott Foley), a man with myriad facets, who is nothing less than a pillar of The Unit, a licensed pilot in both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.

This military procedural show touched different shores, as its plot revolved around a coveted and undercover US military force that goes around by the name of Delta Force, the Unit being its colloquial replacement.

It is an omnibus of intricate stories of the officers belonging to this cadre, and the way they strived to strike a balance between their personal and professional lives, and it makes it worth a download.

It seems like the ubiquitous nature of Scott Foley has helped him to land up with a role in True Blood!

Well, that means he would be moving around the place inhabited by vampires, werewolves, and of course, some humans interspersed in between.
Ah!

Perhaps, this is another experience he is looking forth to add on to his itinerary, which seems to be getting illustrious with every passing day!

He would be playing the part of a soldier friend to Terry Bellefleur in the supernatural drama. Well, whatever it is, I guess we are simply going to relish the presence of this suave man on the small screen, as viewer’s quest to behold their favorite star never suffices!

Robert Patrick ready to drive Jayne Mansfield’s Car!

After reading the title, you must be thinking why Robert would drive anybody’s car?

And probably, you are wondering that who is Jayne?

Well guys, the reality is nothing like what you all are thinking. Actually, Robert has been signed to appear in a movie, which will be directed by Billy Bob Thornton. And ‘Jayne Mansfield’s Car’ is nothing else, but the title of the flick.

So guys, as you are now aware that Robert would be coming up with his new flick, fasten your seat belts, as he will certainly take you on an entertainment-rich journey in the flick.

By appearing in The Unit episodes, he stole the limelight and the same success can be expected from this forthcoming comedy movie of his, which is also packed with dramatic tones.

The plot of the movie is based on the cultural conflict between the two families, which have different backgrounds due to the simple fact that they belong to different continents. The story is set in the year 1969.

Besides Robert, others who have been cast in the movie are Duvall, John Hurt and Kevin Bacon. Along with them, Ray Stevenson will also be seen in the movie.

I can sense something strange here! Although, the movie’s title embraces a female’s name, reportedly no actress has been signed for it, as yet.

Weird but true! May be the director is looking for the best one.

The filming of the movie is yet to begin, and as scheduled, it will start by the end of this month in Georgia.

Guys, we are here with the news about the movie, whose shooting is yet to initiate. So, you can see that how fast I am when it comes to keeping you guys updated.

Dennis Haysbert is proud of voicing Master Oxen. Why shouldn’t he be?

Well, it seems like Dennis Haysbert has got more reasons to smile now. Dennis voiced Master Oxen in the recent blockbuster ‘Kung Fu Panda 2’, and the movie captured viewers’ attention world wide.

Swinging to the tunes of Kung Fu Panda 2, Dennis said at the red carpet premiere of the movie that he really liked the character’s fierceness.

He is genuinely proud of being associated with a movie like Kung Fu Panda 2.

He accepted that there isn’t much being done for kids these days and that the movie was a great initiative in that direction.

Moreover, he added that he really enjoyed doing a movie for kids and is ready to do many such projects in the coming future.

Well, if you idolize Sergeant Major Jonas Blane (played by Dennis), and especially watch The Unit online to catch him, then there is a healthy stock of good news piled up for you.

Smile!

Dennis is all set to dish out more arresting performances. To start with, he is going to play a rather negative character in ‘Learning Uncle Vincent.’ He plays a gangster, whose nephew looks up to him, while he finds it tough to lead an honest man’s life after serving a sentence. The movie might be in your must download list already.

And that’s not all; he also stars besides Tobby Mcguire in ‘The Details’, where he plays basketball alongside Tobey.

I think he is doing enough to keep us enthralled in the future!
